Successful Email Campaign
To re-engage the client’s former customers, NMDM developed a targeted email campaign highlighting a highly requested feature that had recently been added to the product. The email included an embedded video demonstrating how to use the new feature, positioning it as a valuable update for past users. The goal was to reconnect with previous customers who would benefit from this new functionality and encourage them to return. The campaign resulted in 18 new subscriptions and generated over $5,000 in revenue from a single email—demonstrating the power of personalized messaging and data-driven strategy.
